At home we love pork ribs especially if they are seasoned Cuban style with lemon juice, sour orange, garlic and Latin spices. These ribs recipe I am suggesting is simple to make and we are using the charcoal grill to add even more flavor.
No doubt pork back ribs are an excellent choice for Memorial Day celebrations, 4th of July and Father’s Day too. These ribs are very simple to prepare. We have seasoned and marinated them for an hour to then be grilled with charcoal at slow fire to give it that delicious golden color.

- You will know that the ribs are ready when the flesh contracts and exposes 1/4 of the bone.
- Before cutting the ribs, you must let them rest to avoid losing precious juices before serving.
