Kiwi Margarita for National Margarita Day #ABRecipes

Kiwi Margarita for National Margarita Day

This Kiwi Margarita cocktail is perfect for any occasion and a nice surprise to serve to your guests. Kiwis are sold nationwide and now are in season, so they are very economical. The Prickly pear liqueur you can find at your local liquor store, this ingredient will give a nice flavoring to the margarita and make it even more interesting. With this same preparation you can prepare Kiwi Margarita popsicles, just add the preparation to plastic cups and place in the freezer, when almost done insert a popsicle wooden stick. This is a fun way to serve a cocktail specially when you are planning for those spring and summer gathering at home or when having a grilling cookout.

Happy National Margarita Day, cheers!

Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.

I own a Vitamix and I blend on medium. In another kind of blender I would say mix on high. If you own a nutribullet you can use it too for cocktails like this. Saludos!
