In my Mexican culture we always find ways to incorporate an element of surprise or to add brightness to anything we do. Living a colorful life and adding spice is what we enjoy the most and you can see that on the way that we dress, our crafts, the music and also our food.

We are passionate and love everything that is happy and that smells good like the Glade® Radiant Berries™ candles, with hints of berries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and yumberries.

This recipe for the spicy chilled raspberry soup is inspired in the aromas of the berries and the red and pink color hues that the Glade® Radiant Berries™ candles have. This time of the year is perfect to bring berries and citrus to our table as they are in season. Eating in a colorful way it is also a good way to provide variety in the menu we offer to those we love.

I love chilled soups for summer! A spicy chilled soup though has me intrigued! Hot/cold sensation.

I would have never thought to add a spicy component to a chilled soup like this, but wow, what a fantastic way to amp up a classic palate cleanser! Yum!

I love soups, but I always skip them in the summer because it’s too hot. This chilled soup sounds perfect for me, so thank you for sharing. I’ll have to try it soon!
