The papitas bravas are a recipe typical of Spain. I tried them in Barcelona on my last trip and I really fell in love with them. They are a very tasty and super simple snack to prepare. Excellent to offer at gatherings and the BIG game football party. Everyone has their style of making the spicy brava potatoes and today I share my version using ingredients that I can easily find in the supermarket and inspired in this Spanish cuisine favorite.

There are many varieties of potatoes. I love those that come mixed with purple, red and white potatoes. They are delicious and give us the chance to try three different types of potatoes in a single dish. As well as introducing family and friends to something new but without taking many risks.
