Serve one cup of spinach per salad plate, then peel and cut one kiwi per serving and place on top of the spinach bed. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of roughly chopped walnuts, add 1/4 of a cup of feta cheese per plate and top with finger limes. To take out the citrus pearls from the finger lime cut in the middle and then squeeze on top of the salad. You will need one finger lime per serving.
