Very surprised with the flavor as I had only used the BUSH’s Hummus Made Easy before but with garbanzo beans for a classic hummus. But the pinto beans really go well with this product and you can make it a day in advance to save time. My husband was delighted with this hummus. He enjoyed it with veggies. Which makes it a wholesome way to add a fresh item to the menu.
Offering raw vegetables in the menu it is important to have a balanced assortment of appetizers. It is a good option for those that do not eat meat or prefer meatless bites. Now you can make the pinto bean hummus economically and so easy. If you like a spicy touch you can add jalapeños to the mix and your fiesta will be a BIG hit! I have published other hummus recipes check for the calssic hummus, the black bean hummus and the homemade tahini paste. All simple to make and so good!
Enjoy fresh semi homemade hummus at home!
