Notes
The Jif Peanut Powder is a new powdered peanut butter that I just discovered few weeks ago at my local Walmart where you can find it at the aisle where the traditional peanut butter products.
I like Jif Peanut Powder because it is made with only one ingredient: fresh roasted peanuts, with no salt or sugar added, and has 85% less fat than traditional peanut butter.

Believe me this product is wonderful and you can use not only on smoothies but for baking and even on sweet and savory applications like salad dressings and sauces like mole, yes mole has peanuts.

As you know I do not believe in diets my point of view on food in to have a balanced nutrition and eat foods from the different groups but in moderation. Drinks like this peanut butter tropical smoothie are perfect for breakfast or to have as a snack after your workout. Papaya has fiber that is good for digestion as well as the pineapple, and who doesn’t love the flavor of a juicy sweet mango. These smoothies really are helping me keeping up with my resolution to eat breakfast everyday.

In this smoothie I haven’t added any sugar since the fruit on their own naturally flavor the drink and the Jif Peanut Powder adds a nutty taste that makes this drink so delicious and velvety. The Jif Peanut Powder family of products also includes Jif Chocolate Peanut Powder. A product that contains semisweet chocolate and a dash of sugar. Good for those looking for an ingredient that isn’t too sweet but that has chocolate.

If you love smoothies with peanut butter check out this other option: the Mexican Cocoa Peanut Delight Smoothie, made with Jif Peanut Powder, pure cocoa nibs, chia seeds, orange blossom honey, cinnamon powder and unsweetened Silk Almond milk.

On your next visit to Walmart stop by the peanut butter aisle and buy this new product Jif Peanut Powder, you will love it, yum!
