Equipment

  • Tall glasses
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring shot glass
  • Citrus press juicer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups ice could be crushed ice or regular ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons Zacapa rum or the equivalent of 1.5 ounces per glass
  • 2 limes one for squeezing and other cut in rounds for garnishing
  • 3 cups cola soda pop or coke
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Add the ice cubes evenly to each glass, and add one tablespoon of rum per glass along with lime juice.
  • Pour the soda and garnish with lime rounds and fresh mint.

Notes

This recipe makes three cocktails.
You can use diet coke too.
