Calling all dessert lovers, we have vegan chocolate banana pudding cups with banana slices, hazelnuts, dark chocolate, cookies, and wafers. Totally yummy!
Prepare the vanilla and chocolate pudding using one cup of almond milk each, and mix with a hand mixer. Blend until getting a thick pudding texture.
Scoop the pudding into plastic bags or piping bags for easy layering of the pudding dessert.
Layer first the vanilla pudding and add banana slices. Add another layer of chocolate pudding and add the cookies. Continue doing that until the cup is full.
Decorate with hazelnuts, dark chocolate pieces, and rolled french vanilla wafers.

Notes
The instant pudding requires no cooking time. Optional you can use a double bowl with ice in the bottom for a faster thickening. The pudding texture must be thick enough for piping.
