Honey Butter

A compound butter recipe with raw honey from Florida. Perfect buttery spread for bread, biscuits, toast, pancakes, and much more.

  • 4 ounces butter preferably European style and softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup honey preferably Honey For Good


  • Soften the butter at room temperature for one hour. Cut in small pieces.
  • Add the butter to a mixing bowl and whip with a mixer.
  • Add the honey and whip again.
  • Serve on a small bowl and keep covered and refrigerated.
