- 4 ounces butter preferably European style and softened at room temperature
- 1/2 cup honey preferably Honey For Good
Soften the butter at room temperature for one hour. Cut in small pieces.
Add the butter to a mixing bowl and whip with a mixer.
Add the honey and whip again.
Serve on a small bowl and keep covered and refrigerated.
