Inspired in the Brazilian mineira cuisine and its varied array of peppers called “pimenta” I have created a recipe for Spicy Pickled Pineapple on Sous Vide made with fresh pineapple, vinegar and pickling spices.
Fill the SousVide Supreme with water and set the temperature to 140 grades Fahrenheit.
Chop the ingredients of the list as directed and add them to the appropriate plastic bag to cook using sous vide technique, this is a standard plastic pouch.
Following add the pickling spices, the salt and the vinegar. Cook for 30 minutes.
