Spicy Firecracker Pork Brats

The all-American holiday deserves the #1 American brand of Brats. So this Fourth of July we are celebrating with Johnsonville Firecracker Pork Brats. Garnished with pico de gallo and avocado to add a latin twist to a traditional American dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Johnsonville Firecracker Brats
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 1 cup of pico de gallo salsa

Instructions

  • Prepare your grill and grill the brats on medium heat until getting the grilling marks. My family likes them well done but you can cook them to your liking.
  • In a serving plate or a plastic tray with colorful paper add the hot dog bun. Spread some of the avocado mash.
  • Add the grilled Johnsonville Firecracker Brat and top with pico de gallo salsa and enjoy!
