Spicy Chilled Raspberry Soup

Chef Adriana Martin
A spicy chilled raspberry soup, the perfect dish to start a meal while enjoying the bright and bold romance that berries and blood oranges evoke. This soup is made with fresh raspberries and blood orange juice. Garnished with Greek yogurt ribbons, berries and finished with chamoy salt to provide that unexpected spicy kick.
