Made with young sweet potatoes, butter, turbinado sugar, chipotle sauce, cumin, cinnamon, and latino seasoning mix. Cooked on sous-vide for achieving a chef quality meal.
Set the sous-vide adding water and let it rise to a 194 °F / 90 °C temperature. Keep with the lid on to preserve that temperature.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut in rounds. Clean with running water and set aside.
Place the FoodSaver® Vacuum Seal Rolls inside the FoodSaver® V4440 and cut the first bag with the integrated cutter and seal.
Open the bag and add the cut sweet potatoes, the chipotle sauce, the turbinado sugar, and the seasonings. Mix well and add the butter.
Place the bag in the FoodSaver® V4440 system and push the button to vacuum seal. The air is evacuated from the pack and airtight sealed in a few seconds. Cook inside the sous-vide for 30 minutes with the lid on.
