A plate with Brazilian butter cookies and a lime glaze

Brazilian Lime Cookies or Sequilhos

Chef Adriana Martin
The sequilhos are Brazilian-style cookies made with a combination of corn starch, butter, Dixie Crystals, Extra Fine Granulated Sugar, and other ingredients that make this cookie a winner. You can recognize them because they are slightly flattened with a fork, giving them a decorative pattern classic to this type of cookie. Brazilians enjoyed them for tea time and paired with coffee. Bake them!
