Rum Mango Mint Julep, a latino version inspired on the traditional Mint Julep cocktail with a twist. Using Zacapa rum, fresh mango and mint.

- 3 cups crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons Zacapa rum (one tablespoon per glass/cocktail/serving)
- 1 cup simple sugar syrup with mint
- 1/2 cup fresh mango puree
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
Add a layer of crushed ice and a tablespoon of rum to each glass.
Then add a spoonful of mango puree and stir.
Add a second layer of ice and pour some mint simple syrup.
Add another tablespoon of mango puree and garnish with a sprig of mint.
