I enjoy a lot green smoothies and have tried many combinations and this Mexican Green Smoothie with avocado, pineapple, papaya, coconut water and Vega Essentials is the delicious and so easy to make. Plus has no sugar added and it is vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple mixed with papaya chunks
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened coconut water
  • 8 ounces of filtered water
  • 1 scoop of Vega Essentails Shake vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 3 glasses
  • Colored paper straws

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the blender and mix well until getting a smoothie consistency. Serve and add a colorful paper straw. You can enjoy for breakfast or for a snack.
