The grilled chile de arbol salsa. A spicy but tasty sauce to garnish meats and to drizzle on tacos or anything your taste buds would desire.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chile de arbol cleaned and roasted
  • 6 tomatillos cleaned and grilled
  • 3 roma tomatoes cleaned and grilled
  • 2 garlic cloves roasted
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon seas salt
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Clean the tomatillos and the chiles de arbol removing the stem.
  • Prepare the grill and grill the tomatoes and the tomatillos
  • Roast the garlic cloves and the chiles de arbol using corn oil.
  • Place all ingredients in a pan and add boiling water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and blend.
  • Pour the sauce in a serving bowl or preserve using the canning technique.

Notes

Can substitute the chiles de arbol for Japanese hot peppers.
