Fresh Chickpeas Salsa made with canned chickpeas, freshly chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, purple onion, and cilantro. All seasoned with olive oil, oregano, lemon juice and all purpose latin seasoning.

1 can chickpeas 2 tomatoes diced 1/2 purple onion chopped 1 jalapeño chopped, deveined and seedless 1/2 cup cilantro chopped 2 limes 1 teaspoon sazon latino cumin, salt and black pepper 1 teaspoon oregano 1/4 cup olive oil
Open the canned chickpeas and rinse with water.
Chop all the fresh produce and place inside a mixing bowl.
Add the chickpeas to the chopped produce.
Add lime juice, the all purpose seasoning and olive oil. Mix well.
Place the salsa in a bowl with a lid and keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
