Make the Honey Butter with Honey for Good!

This recipe has only two ingredients: unsalted butter and unfiltered raw honey from Florida. The butter is softened using the mixer, and when getting a creamy texture, we added the delicious Honey For Good.

What is compound butter?

Showing the process of how to make compound buttery spread with raw honey

Probably you have heard before of compound butter. Chefs use this to cook and to include as a savory spread to enjoy with warm bread. Typically compound butter has spices and can be sweet or savory.

In French cuisine, compound butter is called beurre composé and used to enhance the flavors of steaks, sauces, and various French dishes.

We love to make different types of compound butter and freeze to use when we cook seafood dishes, to garnish baked potatoes, and to have for a spread on biscuits, and pancakes.

After few minutes of whipping the spread is ready

Gotta love honey butter!

This simple butter has the perfect balance of creaminess and sweetness. A simple toast can become a heavenly bite by adding a dollop of this sweet butter.

We love it also on sweet potatoes and for making glazed carrots. There is no doubt that butter is a beautiful ingredient that we must have handy. Same with honey. I always have a pot of two in the pantry.

Make the honey butter at home it is delicious!
