Sin embargo cocinar arroz no es cosa f\u00e1cil, mucha agua lo bate y poca agua quiz\u00e1s no sea suficiente para lograr la cocci\u00f3n. El secreto es usar agua caliente y agregar por una taza de arroz dos de agua o menos dependiendo de tu gusto. A mi personalmente me gusta al dente y utilizo arroz de grano largo siempre.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 taza de arroz<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 dientes de ajo o bien 1 grande<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 tazas de agua caliente<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aceite de olive y  sal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mi preferencia es usar aceite de oliva italiano extra virgen es el de color amarillo, pero puedes usar aceite de soya, c\u00e1rtamo, ma\u00edz o el aceite para cocinar que sea de tu gusto y presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 15 minutos. Sirve 4 personas. Costo aproximado por persona US$1.50. Vas a necesitar una cazuela arrocera para cocinar este platillo.<\/p>\n<p>Prende la estufa y calienta el agua, mientras esperas a que el agua d\u00e9 el primer hervor, prepara el ajo cort\u00e1ndolo en rodajas para que puedas removerlo antes de servir.<\/p>\n<p>Coloca tu cazuela arrocera en la estufa, agrega el aceite, fr\u00ede el ajo (sin dorarlo mucho pues puede dar un sabor amargo), agrega la sal al gusto y la taza de arroz. Incorpora todos los ingredientes y baja el fuego. Agrega una taza y media de agua y tapa tu cazuela.<\/p>\n<p>No revuelvas el arroz solo espera y verifica la absorci\u00f3n del agua. Si necesita m\u00e1s agrega la media taza restante. Espera otros 5 minutos, toma unos cuantos granos de arroz y verifica si ya esta cocido o al dente, si es as\u00ed apaga la estufa y deja la cazuela tapada mientras preparas el resto de la comida. Cuando procedas a servir la comida tu arroz estar\u00e1 listo para ser saboreado. Puedes agregar cebollin para decorar y dar un sabor fresco al platillo.
