Hecho con almendras de California,\u00a0tomates, chile ancho y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/receta-para-el-pozole-de-pollo\/\" rel=\"noopener\">guajillo<\/a>, ajo tostado, pasas, comino, canela, y caldo de pollo. Con el fin de lograr una consistencia aterciopelada\u00a0las almendras les\u00a0he blanqueado, esto es les he quitado la piel. Hay una receta que es muy famosa que se conoce como \"almendrado\". Hecho con chiles pasilla y otros condimentos. He utilizado esta idea del almendrado tradicional para crear mi propia receta de pollo almendrado. La consistencia de la salsa es como de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/bocaditos-de-pollo-con-mole\/\" rel=\"noopener\">mole<\/a> pero\u00a0no es dulce, es una salsa cremosa y con Deja las almendras en remojo durante 10 minutos y cuando la piel se ablande ser\u00e1 muy f\u00e1cil de remover la c\u00e1scara.  Escurre el agua y remueve la c\u00e1scara de las almendras una a una. Coloca las almendras ya blanqueadas en un sart\u00e9n para asar y dora a fuego medio. Esto permitir\u00e1 que las almendras tengan un mejor sabor.
