Vas a necesitar una parrilla, \u00a0papel aluminio, pinzas, un plato para servir.<\/p>\n<p>Prepara a los filetes sazonando con sal y pimienta y un chorrito de aceite de oliva, coloca en la nevera hasta que est\u00e9s lista para asarlos. Los filetes se cuecen muy r\u00e1pido as\u00ed que coc\u00ednalos al final. Sabr\u00e1s que los filetes est\u00e1n cocidos cuando alcancen una temperatura interna de 130 grados F (t\u00e9rmino medio) y 125 grados F (rojo).<\/p>\n<p>Lava las papas, fr\u00f3talas con aceite de oliva y envu\u00e9lvelas en papel aluminio, hornea o coloca en la parrilla por 45 minutos a 1 hora, las papas deben estar suaves y puedes servir con mantequilla. Para la cebollitas ba\u00f1alas con aceite oliva y agrega un poco de sal, col\u00f3calas en la parrilla \u00a0y cocina hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para la salsa de chimichurri:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de perejil fresco italiano<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 taza de vinagre de vino tinto<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 taza de cilantro fresco<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo finamente picados<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 de cucharadita de pimienta roja molida seca<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combina todos los ingredientes y deja reposar dentro del refrigerador hasta que est\u00e9 listo para servir, puedes preparar esta salsa un d\u00eda antes. Cuando refrigeras esta salsa adecuadamente dura fresca varias semanas. Si no tienes a las mano hierbas frescas puedes sustituir por hierbas secas en su lugar.
