Y ahora que vivo ac\u00e1 en la Florida seguimos con la tradici\u00f3n. Mi estilo de cocina es tener una\u00a0nutrici\u00f3n equilibrada y\u00a0as\u00ed\u00a0como para incluir verduras y frutas.<\/p>\n<p>Mi cocina mexicana tambi\u00e9n utiliza verduras\u00a0en muchos platillos, adem\u00e1s de que nos gusta comer ricas<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/sopa-cremosa-de-coliflor-asada\/\"> sopa<\/a>s hechas con verduras. Los hongos y las zanahorias est\u00e1n disponibles casi todo el a\u00f1o. Son\u00a0ingredientes baratos y que pueden ser utilizados para la preparaci\u00f3n de ricas sopas y cremas, platos\u00a0esenciales para cuando se practica el ayuno. Tambi\u00e9n me gusta usar productos que encuentro en el supermercado para la preparaci\u00f3n de comidas f\u00e1ciles y r\u00e1pidas.
