Dependiendo de la regi\u00f3n, a los chutneys tambi\u00e9n se les llama chammanthi, chatney, chatni, satni o aachar. Pero el chutney de mango es el m\u00e1s popular. Sin embargo, la cocina hind\u00fa tiene una amplia variedad de chutneys que van desde aquellos con frutas y verduras hasta otros mezclados con yogur o cuajada. Esta mezcla de salsa tambi\u00e9n tiene cebolla finamente picada y pimientos rojos. Pero agregamos una manzana finamente picada. Las manzanas contienen pectina natural, lo que le da al chutney una consistencia y textura espesa como la de una mermelada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n usamos az\u00facar morena, vinagre de sidra de manzana, jugo de naranja, mostaza picante inglesa y mostaza entera.
