Y a\u00fan ahora esta ensalada es una de mis preferidas\u00a0para servir como acompa\u00f1ante de sabrosos platillos como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/brochetas-de-camaron-tigre-eldiablomustards\/\">Kebabs<\/a>, o bien sobre una cama de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/ensalada-con-aguaymantos-y-espinacas\/\">espinacas frescas<\/a>, como aperitivo o como merienda emparejado con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/hummus-dip-de-garbanzo\/\">hummus<\/a> y pan \u00e1rabe.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0Tabule es un plato vegetariano de la comida \u00c1rabe\u00a0que tiene como ingrediente principal el trigo conocido como bulgur el cual se hace con el trigo de grano entero el cual es precocido, luego secado y posteriormente\u00a0molido. Casi cualquier tipo de trigo se puede transformar en bulgur. El bulgur contiene fibra y es ideal cuando se desea agregar granos enteros a la\u00a0dieta.
