Te invito a que prepares este platillo con el cual ganar\u00e1s una\u00a0 A+, as\u00ed que cocinemos!<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 pimientos rojos grandes o bien 6 de tama\u00f1o mediano\u00a0(corta la parte superior para poder rellenar)<\/li>\n<li>1 libra de carne de pavo baja en grasa<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de\u00a0quinoa roja (cocida)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cebolla grande cortada en cubitos<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de tomate picado en cubitos (puedes usar tomate enlatado)<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento verde peque\u00f1o cortado en cubitos<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de salsa de chipotle<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de comino en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 taza de queso feta<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de pi\u00f1ones tostados<\/li>\n<li>Perejil para adornar<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de\u00a0oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\" data-mce-mark=\"1\">Tiempo de Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span> 45 minutos. Sirve 4-6 personas. Costo aproximado por persona es de\u00a0USD $4.00 dependiendo\u00a0del costo de los ingredientes en tu mercado.\u00a0Vas a necesitar una sart\u00e9n para freir, una cazuela honda, un refractario, una cuchara de madera, un cuchillo,\u00a0tabla para\u00a0picar y papel aluminio. Cuece\u00a0la quinoa seg\u00fan las instrucciones del paquete, tuesta los pi\u00f1ones y\u00a0separalos para uso posterior. Prende tu horno a\u00a0425 oF y pre-calienta mientras preparas el relleno. Prende tu estufa y coloca en la sart\u00e9n para freir el pavo, fr\u00edelo por unos minutos y agrega el resto de los ingredientes incluyendo los condimentos y la quinoa, deja que se sazone\u00a0por unos minutos. Rellena los pimientos, coloca en el refractario y espolvorea con el queso feta, cubre con papel aluminio y hornea por 15 minutos. Quita el papel aluminio y\u00a0hornea por otros\u00a015 minutos\u00a0 o hasta que el queso este dorado. Sirve y salpica con perejil picado. Puedes acompa\u00f1ar con un vaso de vino rojo espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p>Este es un platillo que satisface y es saludable, si deseas que sea una opci\u00f3n vegetariana o vegan reemplaza el pavo por 3 tazas mas de quinoa. La quinoa es conocida como el super cereal pues es alto en prote\u00edna y la misma es completa lo que significa que tiene los nueve amino \u00e1cidos esenciales.<\/p>\n<p>Estoy segura que cuando
