Sirve 4-6 personas. Costo aproximado por persona\u00a0USD$1.00 dependiendo del costo de los ingredientes en tu mercado. Vas a necesitar una cazuela arrocera.<\/p>\n<p>Prende la estufa, coloca tu cazuela y vierte las 3 tazas de caldo de vegetales, los 2 dientes de ajo, el aceite de oliva y sal al gusto, deja que de el primer hervor y agrega los dos sobres del arroz Kashi Whole Grain Rice Pilaf, baja el fuego y tapa la cazuela. Evita revolver el arroz continuamente, para que no se te bata, verifica la humedad y si le hace falta l\u00edquido agrega la taza restante del caldo. Deja que se cueza toma aproximadamente\u00a020-30 minutos dependiendo de como te guste, yo lo prefiero\u00a0al dente.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes disfrutar esta guarnici\u00f3n con pollo, pescado, carne de res o cualquier prote\u00edna de tu gusto. Tambi\u00e9n puedes comerlo fr\u00edo es una gran idea agregarlo a una ensalada como parte de tu almuerzo.\u00a0El sabor es delicioso, es como si estuvieses comiendo un pu\u00f1ado de nueces.\u00a0Para darle un twist asi\u00e1tico agrega un poco de aceite de ajonjol\u00ed antes de comer. Si a ti te gusta el arroz tanto como a m\u00ed \u00e9ste te fascinar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Las instrucciones del paquete sugieren que este producto puede ser servido con sabores dulces, si quieres hacer esta prueba solo sigue las instrucciones y no uses mi sugerencia de preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Estoy gratamente sorprendida con este producto yo pensaba que Kashi hacia cereales y barras de granola pero estaba equivocada. Si no encuentras este producto en tu mercado local ve a tu tienda\u00a0de productos org\u00e1nicos y pide te hagan\u00a0esta mezcla considerando los siguientes granos integrales: arroz integral, avena integral, centeno, trigo duro rojo,\u00a0 cebada y\u00a0semillas de ajonjol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Los cereales integrales son importantes para tu salud, trata de incorporar\u00a0\u00e9stos a tu dieta y la
