Una receta tradicional que celebra nuestras tradiciones espa\u00f1olas y que mi abuela Alicia nos preparaba para la\u00a0Navidad y la Cuaresma. Nos encantaba cuando mi abuela hac\u00eda suficiente bacalao para al d\u00eda siguiente poder preparar tortas o empanadas de bacalao ya que este platillo sabe a\u00fan mejor\u00a0para el recalentado. Luego llena la cazuela con agua y agrega las\u00a0papas\u00a0peladas. Tapa y cocine a fuego medio durante 10 minutos o hasta que las papas est\u00e9n semi cocidas con una consistencia firme ya que se van a terminar cocinar junto con el pescado.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca tu sart\u00e9n hondo en la estufa\u00a0y\u00a0a\u00f1ade el aceite de oliva espa\u00f1ol, deja que se caliente\u00a0y saltear el ajo, luego a\u00f1ade los filetes de bacalao y fr\u00ede por ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega\u00a0el tomillo fresco, los tomates picados, las aceitunas, las alcaparras y los aj\u00edes\u00a0brasile\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Vierte la pasta de tomate y los tomates cortados en cubitos enlatados al\u00a0bacalao, agrega las pepperoncinis y las hojas de laurel.
