Aqu\u00ed comparto contigo mis creaciones m\u00e1s recientes las cuales estoy segura te encantar\u00e1 preparar en tu casa.<\/p>\n<p>Para estas recetas necesitar\u00e1n un asador \u201cgrill\u201d, pinchos de metal, 3 Pyrex rectangulares, un par de pinzas, recipientes Tupperware.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Kebabs de Filete<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a02 filetes de res<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Pimientos verdes<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Cebollas<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tomates cherry<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Hongos Portabella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para la marinada:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un manojo de or\u00e9gano fresco<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre bals\u00e1mico<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combina todos los ingredientes de la marinada y coloca en un recipiente de pl\u00e1stico, corta los filetes en cubos grandes y colocados por 30 minutos en la marinada que acabas de preparar. Corta las cebollas y los pimientos verdes en trozos grandes. Toma los pinchos y alterna la carne los trozos de cebolla, los pimientos verdes, los hongos portabella y los tomates cherry. Coloca en un pyrex, tapa con pl\u00e1stico y refrigera hasta que est\u00e9s listo para cocinar.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Kebabs de Cerdo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lomo de cerdo peque\u00f1o<\/li>\n<li>Camote, batata<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para la marinada:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un manojo de romero fresco<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre bals\u00e1mico<\/li>\n<li>2 diente de ajo picados<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de salsa BBQ cl\u00e1sica<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combina todos los ingredientes de la marinada y coloca en un recipiente de pl\u00e1stico, corta lomo de cerdo y la batata o camote en cubos grandes y colocados por 30 minutos en la marinada que acabas de preparar. Toma los pinchos y alterna la carne los trozos batata. Coloca en un pyrex, tapa con pl\u00e1stico y refrigera hasta que est\u00e9s listo para cocinar.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Kebabs de Pollo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 pechugas de pollos sin hueso<\/li>\n<li>Pimientos verdes<\/li>\n<li>Cebollas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Para la marinada:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de condiment de Tagine (es una combinaci\u00f3n de paprika, jengibre, c\u00farcuma y pimienta negra)<\/li>\n<li>El jugo de 2 limones<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combina todos los ingredientes de la marinada y coloca en un recipiente de pl\u00e1stico, corta las pechugas de pollo en cubos grandes y colocados por 30 minutos en la marinada que acabas de preparar. Corta las cebollas y los pimientos verdes en trozos grandes. Toma los pinchos y alterna el pollo con los trozos de cebolla y pimiento verde. Coloca en un pyrex, tapa con pl\u00e1stico y refrigera hasta que est\u00e9s listo para cocinar.<\/p>\n<p>Las cantidades proporcionadas alimentar\u00e1n de 4 a 6 personas y el costo ser\u00e1 de aproximadamente $10.00 por persona ya que los ingredientes recomendados deber\u00e1n ser frescos y de calidad. Como acompa\u00f1amiento prepara un <a title=\"Coconut Macadamia Nut Rice\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/arroz-con-coco-y-nueces-macadamia\/\">arroz <\/a>y una<a title=\"Green Salad\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/ensalada-verde\/\"> ensalada<\/a>.\u00a0Y recuerda que todas estas recetas se pueden preparar un d\u00eda antes solo hay que refrigerar correctamente para evitar contaminaci\u00f3n o generaci\u00f3n de bacteria.<\/p>\n<p>Para cocinar los kebabs verifica que el asador este limpio, prende el mismo y coloca los pinchos en orden tomando en consideraci\u00f3n el puerco tarda m\u00e1s tiempo y el pollo se cocinar\u00e1 m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.
