Es un arte cocinar un huevo correctamente, muchos errores y desatinos as\u00ed como mucha pr\u00e1ctica es necesaria para\u00a0cocinar\u00a0un huevo escalfado a la perfecci\u00f3n, as\u00ed que cuando fui invitada por <strong><a title=\"SousVide Supreme site\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sousvidesupreme.com\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">SousVide Supreme<\/a> <\/strong>para probar su tecnolog\u00eda me encant\u00f3 la idea ya que\u00a0chefs importantes nos han demostrado su gusto por \u00a0cocinar utilizando la t\u00e9cnica sous vide\u00a0cuando requieren cocinar con precisi\u00f3n y eso mismo se requiere cuando queremos cocinar \u00a0huevos escalfados a la perfecci\u00f3n. Tomando la idea de huevos rancheros, un desayuno muy mexicano y una receta\u00a0favorita de mi familia decid\u00ed probar el horno de agua SousVide Supreme\u00a0para cocinar unas tostadas de huevo perfectas, y el resultado fue un platillo perfecto para el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena. Es super f\u00e1cil y delicioso.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 huevos a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n<li>2 tostadas<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de frijoles negros calientes<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de salsa taquera, salsa de chile de \u00e1rbol o salsa salsa verde<\/li>\n<li>2 ramitas de cilantro picado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de queso fresco desmenuzado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong> 20 minutos. Rinde dos porciones. El costo por persona de menos de $ 2.00 d\u00f3lares. Los huevos no necesitan ser cocinados en el interior de una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico como se hace para cocinar carne u otros ingredientes en el sous vide. Solo usa una cuchara\u00a0larga y cuidadosamente coloca los huevos enteros dentro del sous vide y cocina por\u00a0quince minutos. Es importante que los huevos\u00a0est\u00e9n a\u00a0temperatura ambiente para evitar se agrieten durante la cocci\u00f3n. SousVide Supreme recomienda\u00a0cocinar huevos escalfados a una temperatura de\u00a0en 147F \/ 64C por 60 a 90 minutos. Yo decid\u00ed cocinar los huevos a una temperatura superior para acelerar el proceso y cocinar los huevos en 15 minutos. El resultado fue un huevo m\u00e1s firme pero esa es la textura que mi familia\u00a0prefiere. Coloca los huevos cocidos aparte. Para preparar\u00a0las tostadas de huevo es muy f\u00e1cil s\u00f3lo tienes que a\u00f1adir a cada tostada una cucharada de frijoles negros. Puedes usar frijoles refritos aunque decid\u00ed usar frijoles sin fre\u00edr para bajar el consumo de grasas. Luego rompe con cuidado el huevo y la c\u00e1scara de la parte superior. Retira el exceso de agua y a\u00f1adir el huevo a la tostada.
