Enjuaga con agua fr\u00eda y los nopalitos cocidos estar\u00e1n listos para usar.<\/li><li> Cocina los nopales cubiertos con agua y una cucharada de sal. Cuece durante diez minutos. Enjuaga varias veces con agua fr\u00eda hasta que la babita haya desaparecido.<\/li><li>El consejo de mi bisabuela era usar una moneda de cobre mientras  los nopalitos se cuecen.
