Cubre con papel aluminio y hornea por 30-45 minutos a 420oF.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9 lista saca del horno, quita el papel aluminio y deja que se enfr\u00ede. Despu\u00e9s saca la pulpa con una cuchara o si deseas corta en cubitos. Divide la cantidad en partes iguales y congela usando Tupperware adecuado y con tapas que sellen bien. Esta calabaza cocida la podr\u00e1s usar en platillos dulces y salados como <a title=\"Crema de Calabaza\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/crema-de-calabaza\/\">sopas<\/a>, guisados, pays, empanadas, pan, panqu\u00e9 y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Al cocinar la calabaza en el horno evitas el uso de agua y as\u00ed preservas los valores vitam\u00ednicos y el sabor ser\u00e1 insuperable.<\/p>\n<p>La calabaza cuenta con grandes cantidades de Vitamina A y fibra, adem\u00e1s de ser baja en calor\u00edas.
