El filete de costilla o conocido como ribeye es un excelente corte de carne, tiene suficiente marmoleo de grasa lo que la hace una carne jugosa y perfecta para asar a la parrilla a fuego directo.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 filetes de costilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de pimienta negra gruesa<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal marina<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\" data-mce-mark=\"1\"><strong>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><strong>:<\/strong> 30-45 minutos minutos. El costo de este platillo es de USD $10 por persona, dependiendo del precio de los ingredientes en tu mercado local. Vas a necesitar un asador, pinzas, una parrilla con fuego directo \u00a0y un term\u00f3metro para carnes.<\/p>\n<p>Prepara el condimento combinando todos los ingredientes secos en un tazoncito. Coloca las costillas en una superficie plana o en una tabla. Roc\u00eda la carne con aceite de oliva y sazona bien con la pimienta negra. Sazona con confianza la carne hay que condimentarla bien y este es el momento de hacerlo . Para obtener los mejores resultados la carne debe estar a temperatura ambiente s\u00f3lo cubre con papel pl\u00e1stico despu\u00e9s de sazonar y deja 10-15 minutos fuera de la nevera. Prende tu parrilla y deja que alcance una temperatura de 400 grados Fahrenheit, coloca la carne sobre la parrilla ardiente de 5-7 minutos por cada lado hasta conseguir las marcas del grill. Despu\u00e9s mueve a un \u00e1rea de calor m\u00e1s bajo dentro de la parrilla y deja cocer. Coloca un term\u00f3metro para asegurar una cocci\u00f3n perfecta. La carne estar\u00e1 lista al alcanzar 135 grados Fahrenheit para t\u00e9rmino rojo. Cuando la carne est\u00e9 lista saca de la parrilla y deja reposar antes de cortar.
