La inspiraci\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de este platillo son las famosas \u201cenchiladas suizas\u201d opci\u00f3n muy popular que se sirve en una cafeter\u00eda famosa de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico. Hoy d\u00eda les comparto este tesoro picosito que hasta hoy era un secreto y que es una receta muy buena para usar ese pollito o pavito que nos sobra de las comidas que preparamos.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2 \u00bd tazas de pechuga de pollo o de pavo desmenuzada<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>4 tazas de <a title=\"Salsa Verde\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/salsa-verde-2\/\">salsa verde <\/a>fresca (haz clic en el link para detalles)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 taza de cebolla picada finamente<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 bolsa grande de queso rallado (de preferencia Monterey Jack con Cheddar, puedes reemplazar con Manchego o con Havarti o cualquier queso para gratinar)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 tazas de crema agria estilo mexicano<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>20 tortillas de ma\u00edz fritas<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aceite en spray y papel aluminio<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 45 minutos. Sirve de 4-8 personas. Costo aproximado por persona USD $2.50 dependiendo del costo de estos ingredientes en tu mercado. Vas a necesitar un pyrex grande rectangular.<\/p>\n<p>Estas enchiladas se preparan por capas, esto es, cada capa es un ingrediente. Para comenzar rosea un poco de aceite en spray a tu pyrex, esto se hace para evitar que las tortillas se peguen. Despu\u00e9s cubre el fondo del pyrex con dos cucharadas de la <strong><a title=\"Salsa Verde\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/salsa-verde-2\/\">salsa verde<\/a>,<\/strong> coloca una capa de tortillas bien distribuidas, usar\u00e1s aproximadamente 10 tortillas. La siguiente capa ser\u00e1 la pechuguita de pollo deshebrada, las cebollitas picadas y el queso rallado. Ba\u00f1a con 2 a 3 cucharadas de <a title=\"Salsa Verde\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/salsa-verde-2\/\"><strong>salsa verde<\/strong> <\/a>y la crema agria y repite el procedimiento. Vas a necesitar al menos 2 capas completas. Si tu pyrex es hondo puedes realizar hasta una tercera capa. Cubre con el papel aluminio y hornea por un per\u00edodo de 15-20 minutos. Verifica y quita el papel aluminio para permitir que el queso se gratine.
