Costo por persona USD$ 1.00 por rebanada (rinde 6 porciones). Vas a necesitar una licuadora y\/o \u00a0un procesador de alimentos, una batidora el\u00e9ctrica, un Pyrex redondo o un molde para pay.<\/p>\n<p>Comienza preparando la corteza, coloca las galletas mar\u00edas en el procesador de alimentos hasta pulverizar, a continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar y la canela, y combina bien, a continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1ade la mantequilla clarificada y mezcla hasta conseguir una masa . Extiende la masa de galleta mar\u00eda en el molde para pay hasta cubrir bien el fondo y las paredes del molde. Cuece la corteza en el horno por 10 minutos a \u00a0una temperatura de 400 grados F. Si prefieres usar una corteza comercial lo puedes hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Para preparar el relleno del pay puedes usar el procesador de alimentos o la licuadora, agrega la leche condensada, junto con las yemas de huevo, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n y mezcla bien. Vierte el relleno en la corteza de pay y cuece en el horno durante 20 minutos a una temperatura de 400 grados F.<\/p>\n<p>Para el merengue coloca las claras de huevo y el cremor t\u00e1rtaro en la la batidora y bate a velocidad alta hasta duplicar la cantidad, o bien cuando las claras tengan una consistencia de espuma dura. Reduce la velocidad de la batidora y a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar poco a poco. Cubre el pay con el meregue hornea durante 10 minutos o hasta que el merengue se dore.<\/p>\n<p>El coulis es una salsa espesa francesa hecha de frutas o verduras, se utiliza para adornar y dar sabor a los postres y platos salados. Para el coulis de frambuesa coloca las misma en una cacerola, agregar el az\u00facar y el agua y cocinar por 10 minutos en la estufa. Para hacer la salsa coloca las frmabuesas cocidas en la licuadora y mezcla bien hasta obtener una pasta espesa. Despu\u00e9s cuela la preparaci\u00f3n con un colador de malla y retira los sedimentos. Coloca la mezcla dentro de un recipiente y sella. Puedes refrigerar esta salsa y utilizar al momento de servir el pay. Esta salsa de coulis se puede usar tambi\u00e9n como jarabe para helados y para hacer bebidas o aguas frescas.<\/p>\n<p>Para servir el pay dibuja remolinos en el fondo de un plato con el coulis de frambuesa y con miel de abeja, puedes usar una manga pastelera para mejores resultados. Encima de los remolinos de coulis coloca la rebanada de pay y disfruta con caf\u00e9 o t\u00e9.<br \/>\nEsta receta es certificada como \"deliciosa\".<\/p>\n<p><!-- start LinkyTools script --><br
