El Tahini tiene un sabor delicioso que marca la diferencia en varios platillos de la cocina mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>5 tazas de semilla ajonjol\u00ed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 \u00bd tazas de aceite de olive de calidad (de preferencia aceite de olive liban\u00e9s o griego, tambi\u00e9n se puede usar aceite de oliva espa\u00f1ol o italiano)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 60 minutos. Esta receta rinde 4 tazas. Costo aproximado por persona USD $0.15 dependiendo del costo del aceite de oliva. Verifica disponibilidad en tu mercado de estos ingredientes y cuando est\u00e9n de temporada o en oferta c\u00f3mpralos.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta receta vas a necesitar un procesador de alimentos o licuadora, una charola para dorar las semillas de ajonjol\u00ed en el horno, contenedores de cristal para prop\u00f3sitos de conservaci\u00f3n y almacenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Precalienta tu horno a 350oF. Tuesta las semillas de ajonjol\u00ed por 5-10 minutos, mu\u00e9velas frecuentemente con una esp\u00e1tula. Si decides usar la estufa puedes colocar las semillas en una sart\u00e9n y mover constantemente. El secreto es no permitir que las semillas se quemen ya que pueden dar un sabor amargo. Deja que las semillas enfr\u00eden a temperatura ambiente por un lapso de 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso ser\u00e1 colocar las semillas en el procesador de alimentos, a\u00f1adir el aceite de oliva, procesa durante 2 minutos, verifica la consistencia. La meta es tener una salsa espesa pero con una textura que resbale al servir. A\u00f1ade mas aceite de oliva de ser necesario hasta obtener la consistencia adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>Para preservar el Tahini lo debes mantener refrigerado y tapado usando un contenedor preferentemente de cristal con tapa selladora. Si lo almacenas de forma adecuada podr\u00e1s usar esta salsa por un lapso de 3 meses.
