Una de mis comidas favoritas es la Mediterr\u00e1nea, saludable, con ingredientes simples pero un fest\u00edn al paladar. Aqu\u00ed comparto contigo mi receta para Hummus o Humus.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2 dientes de ajo<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 tazas de garbanzos enlatados sin el l\u00edquido<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1\/3 taza de<a title=\"Tahini \u2013 Pasta de Ajonjol\u00ed Tostado\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adrianasbestrecipes.com\/es\/tahini-pasta-de-ajonjoli-tostado\/\"> Tahini <\/a>(pasta de ajonjol\u00ed tostado)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>El jugo de 2 limones frescos<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 cucharaditas de agua o del l\u00edquido de los garbanzos enlatados<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>2 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva de calidad (de preferencia aceite de olive liban\u00e9s o griego, tambi\u00e9n se puede usar aceite de oliva espa\u00f1ol o bien italiano)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sal, paprika y pi\u00f1ones tostados<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/strong> 15 minutos. Sirve 1-15 personas. Costo aproximado por persona USD $0.35 dependiendo del costo del aceite de oliva. Verifica disponibilidad en tu mercado de estos ingredientes y cuando est\u00e9n de temporada o en oferta c\u00f3mpralos.\u00a0El Tahini se puede encontrar en tiendas especializadas en ingredientes gourmet. La consistencia debe ser espesa, prueba y si necesita m\u00e1s sal ahora es el momento para agregar y volver a batir. Vac\u00eda el dip en un taz\u00f3n para servir y ba\u00f1a con un poco de aceite de oliva. Tuesta los pi\u00f1ones usando una charola y col\u00f3cala en el horno a fuego alto. No dejes que los pi\u00f1ones se doren demasiado para evitar que adquieran un sabor amargo. A\u00f1ade los pi\u00f1ones como decoraci\u00f3n y salpica un poco de paprika.<\/p>\n<p>El Hummus es una excelente adici\u00f3n para dietas vegetarianas, es alto en contenido de hierro y vitamina C y B6. Puedes disfrutar este dip con pan pita, galletas, zanahorias, pepinos, pretzels, o con lo que desees.
