Sirve 4 personas. El costo aproximado por persona es de USD$ 3.00 dependiendo del precio de los ingredientes en tu mercado local. Vas a necesitar un Pyrex rectangular y papel de aluminio.<\/p>\n<p>Cubre la parte inferior del molde Pyrex \u00a0con papel de aluminio suficiente para hacer un paquete o envoltorio. Coloca los filetes de bacalao y roc\u00edalos con aceite de oliva, sal, or\u00e9gano, y pimienta. A continuaci\u00f3n, coloca el resto de los ingredientes en capas. Roc\u00eda con un poco mas de aceite de oliva, m\u00e1s sal y pimienta, jugo de lim\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade las aceitunas y cubre con otra hoja de papel de aluminio para cerrar el emboltorio. Cuece en el horno a 420 grados F por 30 minutos. Sirve con una guarnici\u00f3n de arroz salvaje y adorna con ramitas de or\u00e9gano fresco. Esta receta es muy f\u00e1cil y saludable.
