Sirve 8-10 personas. Costo por porci\u00f3n es de alrededor de USD$1.50 dependiendo del costo de los ingredientes en tu mercado local. Necesitar\u00e1s una olla de presi\u00f3n, licuadora o procesador de alimentos, olla para sopa con una tapa, una cuchara de madera y un cuchar\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Cuece los guisantes secos en la olla a presi\u00f3n utilizando 4-5 vasos de agua durante 15 minutos, si no tienes una olla a presi\u00f3n se puede utilizar una olla para sopa. Recomiendo utilizar una olla a presi\u00f3n para acelerar el tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n, pero t\u00fa decides si prefieres utilizar una olla normal solo considera un tiempo de cocci\u00f3n 1 hora aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando los guisantes secos est\u00e9n cocidos agrega el caldo de pollo en polvo y el caldo l\u00edquido, si es necesario a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s agua, la sopa debe ser espesa sin tener consistencia de papilla. Deja cocer y a\u00f1ade los guisantes congelados, tapa y dejar cocer a fuego lento durante otros pocos minutos. Prueba y agrega sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto, para preparar el aceite de cilantro coloca el cilantro en el procesador de alimentos junto con el aceite de oliva, mezcla bien hasta conseguir una salsa de aceite de color verde y vierte en una botella para servir posteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>Al momento de servir la sopa utiliza un cuchar\u00f3n y vierte en un taz\u00f3n, decora con crutones, queso parmesano rallado, la col rizada germinada y unas gotas de aceite de cilantro.
