Los frijoles charros son un plato delicioso que a menudo se come en M\u00e9xico como una sopa acompa\u00f1ada de tortillas de harina. Si te gustan los sabores picositos y el chorizo esta es una receta para t\u00ed. Los ingredientes necesarios son:<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tazas de frijoles rojos cocinados (se pueden utilizar frijoles enlatados)<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de cebolla blanca picada<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de tomate picado fresco en rama (se puede utilizar en conserva si se desea)<\/li>\n<li>1 chile serrano finamente picado<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento amarillo\u00a0finamente picado<\/li>\n<li>1 pimiento rojo\u00a0finamente picado<\/li>\n<li>2 pedazos de chorizo espa\u00f1ol picado en cuadritos<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de comino<\/li>\n<li>1 sobre de caldo de pollo<\/li>\n<li>Sal y pimienta seg\u00fan sea necesario<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span> <\/strong>45 minutos, aunque entre m\u00e1s tiempo de cocci\u00f3n se dedique mejores ser\u00e1n los sabores, pues se les dar\u00e1 suficiente tiempo para desarrollarse por eso se recomienda cocinar esta receta con un d\u00eda de antelaci\u00f3n. Sirve 8-10 personas. Costo por persona USD$1.50 dependiendo del costo de los ingredientes en tu mercado \u00a0local. Vas a necesitar una olla grande u horno holand\u00e9s, tabla para picar, cuchillo de chef, tazones para servir.<\/p>\n<p>Cocina los frijoles en una olla de presi\u00f3n o en un horno holand\u00e9s como se indica en el paquete. Pica todos los ingredientes, \u00a0fr\u00ede el chorizo hasta que est\u00e9 dorado, retira el exceso de grasa y agregar la cebolla, los pimientos y el comino. Saltea todos los ingredientes y a\u00f1ade el tomate, el caldo de pollo, sazona con sal y pimienta si es necesario. Agrega las 4 tazas de frijoles precocidos, aseg\u00farate de agregar el caldo de frijol si no es suficiente a\u00f1ade agua. Cubre la olla y cocina durante 30 minutos.
