Y por eso sigo usando aquella olla de presi\u00f3n de mi abuela, aunque no lo crean cuando me vine a vivir a los Estados Unidos no resist\u00ed y me la tuve que traer como una de mis tesoros m\u00e1s preciados y ahora este tesoro familiar es definitivamente un componente muy importante en mi cocina. La olla de presi\u00f3n es excelente para cocinar frijoles negros, se cocinan r\u00e1pido, quedan cremositos y deliciosos.<\/p>\n<h2>INGREDIENTES<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1 bolsa de frijoles negros<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3 dientes de ajo<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comino, aceite, sal y agua<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tiempo de preparaci\u00f3n: 45 minutos. Sirve 1-10 personas. El costo aproximado de esta receta es de USD$0.25 por persona. Una vez lavados col\u00f3calos en la olla de presi\u00f3n, llena con agua hasta el nivel que indica la olla, a\u00f1ade el ajo, la sal, el comino y el aceite. Cierra la olla y cocina por 30 minutos. Despu\u00e9s de los 30 minutos abre la olla seg\u00fan las indicaciones para evitar un accidente, la seguridad es primordial. Coloca la olla de nuevo en la lumbre sin la tapa y a\u00f1ade un poco de agua y aceite, revuelve y deja que los frijoles se cocinen por otros 15-20 minutos a fuego lento, cuanto m\u00e1s tiempo los dejes en la lumbre mejor pues la consistencia ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s espesa y tendr\u00e1n un tiempo de vida m\u00e1s largo cuando refrigerados y\/o congelados apropiadamente. Otra opci\u00f3n para lograr que los frijoles negros espesen m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente es machacar o prensar una taza de los frijoles ya cocidos y agregar al resto de la preparaci\u00f3n. Los frijoles rinden mucho as\u00ed que tendr\u00e1s suficiente para saborear ese d\u00eda y para disfrutar en futuras comidas. Los frijoles pueden congelarse y no pierden sabor, solo usa contenedores de pl\u00e1stico para congelar alimentos y f\u00edjate que las tapas sellen bien.<\/p>\n<h2>Sugerencia para servir:<\/h2>\n<p>Los frijoles los puedes comer como una sopa, a\u00f1ade cebollita picada y cilantro, o bien agrega crema agria, un poco de caldo de frijoles o agua, lic\u00faa y sirve con tiritas de tortilla frita. Puedes usarlos para preparar nachos, como una guarnici\u00f3n para el desayuno (son deliciosos con omellete de huevo o huevos rancheros), agregar a tus quesadillas o al arroz blanco, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Los
