Great Success was Appetite for the Arches Fundraising Event

Great success was the #AppetiteForTheArches fundraising event benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida and I was honored to be part of it! The event took place at the Orlando World Center Marriott last night, where executives and the community held hands to support this great organization via the purchasing of the event tickets and a silent auction.

The event had the participation of top Orlando chefs including  talented Chef Fonzo from Restaurant K, Chef Blake from The Rusty Spoon, James Beard Foundation nominee Chef Julie Petrakis from The Ravenous Pig, Chef Brian “Butta” from Orlando World Center Marriott, Chef Clay Miller from the Yarbird and Chef John Rivers presenting his new restaurant “The Coop”,  among many other creative chefs from favorite restaurants like LUMA on the Park, Cask & Larder, Blue Bird Bake Shop, Eddie V’s, as well as chefs from The Ritz Carlton and Seaworld Parks and Resorts, that made this event so special. The sponsors for the event were McDonalds, Seaworld Parks and Resorts, Legoland Florida, Local 6 News, Coldwell Banker McDonalds Florida Region, BakerHostetler, Martin-Brower, and CliftonLarsenAllen. The YardBird #AppetiteForTheArches
The YardBird. Extraordinary creation by Chef Clay Miller

The gourmet bites were crafted using McDonalds ingredients and the menu had a full range of different offerings. My top favorites were the so called YardBird with bacon, quail egg, green tomato and McGriddle cake; breakfast in a bite! Extraordinary creation by Chef Clay Miller.

At the end of the party a memento that all guests attending Appetite for the Arches event received was a photo magnet as a keepsake to remember the great time.
